Booking Terms & Conditions
· On Booking a deposit of £10.00 per person is payable providing the booking is made more than 14 days before the game date; with ALL balances to be paid no less than 14 days prior to the game date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking.
· ALL bookings made less than 14 days prior to the game day will require full payment on booking.
· Should the chosen individual package/s be less than the required deposit (£10.00) the full amount of the package/s will be payable.
· ALL special offers/ promotions must be paid in full on booking.
· ALL deposits/ balances/ full payments received will be regarded as confirmation of places and are non-refundable or transferable toward other person/s balances and/ or any other dates/s.
· Once payments are made in full packages cannot be changed to any special promotions being run by Camouflage Outdoor Activities Ltd.
· No upgrades on packages are permitted on the game day.
· ALL players who do not attend on the confirmed day/ date will forfeit all monies and Paintballs on their booked package/s
· ALL Members must pre-book and are bound by the terms and conditions of use of the Membership.
· ALL group/s booked on special promotion/ offer arriving later than 10.00am will forfeit the FREE Paintballs within the offer.
· ALL FREE Paintballs within the special promotion/ offers /charitable vouchers are strictly for a Full Day’s Paintballing only unless otherwise stated; and ALL FREE Paintballs will be given on game no. 8 on the day/ date and is only applicable to those players still participating in the Paintball game/s.
· ALL special offers/ promotions CANNOT be used in conjunction with Memberships/ normal Paintball packages.
· Failure to adhere to all conditions of use in ALL special offers/ promotions will result in the offer being invalid and FULL charges will be made.
· All Camouflage Paintball Tickets / Certificates / Vouchers MUST be produced on the game day (one valid ticket per person) failure to do so will result in FULL game fees being charged.
· Camouflage Outdoor Activities Ltd reserves the right to cancel any activity day/s with as much prior notice as is possible; and change prices and itineraries without notice.
· ALL invoice payments are due strictly 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
· ALL student packages booked will be subject to proof/ student ID
Conditions of Attendance and General Information
The minimum age requirement in order to participate in our activities is 11 years with the signed consent by a Parent or Guardian – Consent Forms are available from ourselves or may be printed direct from our website:
Woodland Centres:-
All our packages include: Entrance to our sites, all your equipment – Semiautomatic Paintball Gun, Full Faced Safety Mask, Full Head Snood, Paintball Hopper, All Air supplies throughout the day- this powers your Paintball gun, Camouflage Coverall, Lunch, Tea/Coffee all day, Minimum of 8 to 10 game scenarios on a Full Day. Additional Paintballs can be purchased on the day. Packages may be mixed within group/s, please note that no packages can be upgraded on the activity day.
Indoor Centre packages include all of the above with the exception of Lunch / Tea / Coffee – a charge will be made for these.
In order for us to operate a Paintball day we, Camouflage Outdoor Activities Ltd require a minimum of 20 players (days are usually made up with several small groups joining in together so you do not require 20 players in your party providing we have other group/s booked in) and can take up to 200 players on any one day. We Camouflage Outdoor Activites Ltd reserve the right to cancel any day where the minimum number requirement is not met, as much notice as possible will be given.
Promotional Voucher/ticket use – Please note these cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion/s being run by Camouflage Outdoor Activites Limited.
The day is fully supervised, a full safety brief will be given prior to the start of the day, although this is a much enjoyed activity there is a safety issue and we will not tolerate any breach of our safety rules which will result in immediate exclusion. SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT.
Pyrotechnics are available to purchase on the day (subject to availability), please be aware you must be a minimum age of 18 years in order to purchase these. Identification may be required. Please note pyrotechnics are NOT available for use in our Indoor Centre.
You will be briefed on each mission prior to playing, and each game will last approximately 20 minutes unless advised otherwise.
Sensible footwear is a must, walking boots are ideal or other sturdy shoes – please NO Wellington boots, or trainers. You are running across uneven ground.
Old comfortable clothing should be worn. Layers are a good idea as even on the coldest of days you will get very hot. Gloves are optional but desirable.
The event will go ahead be it rain or snow etc. Paintball is an extreme activity and is played in all weathers. The only time cancellation may occur is if there are extreme high winds, which may result in tree branches falling.
We have covered seating for those wet days, and a fire pit to warm you on those cold days. Valuables i.e. wallets, phones, watches etc, may be held in the shop on the day entirely at the owners own risk. Camouflage Outdoor Activities Ltd at no time accepts responsibility for any lost or broken items.
Paintball is a full days activity and arrival is at 0900 hours, the finish time will vary depending upon the time of year. When the light starts to fade we will stop play as the Marshal’s cannot safely supervise play if their vision is impaired.
Once Paintballs or Pyrotechnics are purchased on site they are the property and responsibility of the purchaser and no refunds will be given for damaged items or any of the said items not being used on the game day.
ONLY Pyrotechnics or Paintballs issued by Camouflage Outdoor Activites Ltd are permitted on our sites, any breach of this rule will result in immediate expulsion. Our insurance covers all those attending our activity days and use of products supplied only by ourselves any breach of this condition will result in non-validity of the policy covering yourself/s or those affected by you.
It is the responsibility of the organiser to advise us of all relevant information relating to his/her party i.e. medical conditions, vegetarians etc, prior to the activity day. We cannot be held responsible for failure of the organiser or individual not disclosing information to us that is necessary or advisable for the good of the individual in his/her party. We will NEVER give consent for any person with a medical condition to participate, this is strictly the responsibility of the individual and their medical advisors to deem themselves able and medically fit to participate in this extreme activity.

On occasions Photographs are taken of your day and posted onto our web site for you to look at and print off at your leisure. Please note: we endeavour to post as many photos of your day that we can – this is a free service we offer, not a guaranteed one. To avoid disappointment should you specifically require photographs we advise you also to bring along your own, or a disposable camera.
All vehicles parked in the site car parks are left entirely at the owner’s risk; Camouflage Outdoor Activities Ltd does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to any said vehicle or property.
We have endeavoured to cover every aspect of your forthcoming day at Camouflage; we would welcome any input as to what you feel we have missed or think should be added. Remember – We can only improve and continually give you, the customer, a quality day by listening to and learning from YOU.
WE ARE AN ALCOHOL FREE ZONE!! - Anyone under the influence of Alcohol or any other substances who are deemed unfit to participate in the Activity by the Site Manager will be asked to vacate the site immediately thus forfeiting all monies and Paintballs within the pre-paid package/s.
